However if he does miss my call I understand that he is a ONE MAN SHOW and does it all by himself and my call will be returned later. Or I shoot a text message. I’ve seen Mr. Brandon working on multiple cars at a time, hopping back and forth from one to the other while still performing outstanding customer service as I was coming to get my own vehicle. He takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is safe to drive so you don’t have to come back in 6 months for the same problem!. What I love most about going to his shop is that if there is another problem that needs to be fixed, he will consult that with you, give you the option to want to go ahead and fix it or wait on it depending on the severity. “If you want great quality service, a mechanic that will listen to you and ask questions, give you an upfront estimate then come here! Since 07/2020 my car had been randomly running hot and overheating off and on. My car has been to 3 other shops and none of them thought anything was wrong with my car. After speaking with Jesus and letting him know all the previous repairs I’ve gotten he was able to properly diagnose my car and let me know what needs to be replaced. For a while I had been thinking I was going crazy and that no one was listening to me. Took less than 15 minutes This place may be pricey, the only reason I stopped here was because it was right down the street from my relatives house. I’ve had a terrible experience with an oil change place before that had stripped my oil plug. I shared my experience with the employees and they made no hesitation to ensure full transparency with the entire process. They told me that my new oil plug seemed a bit rough and so they used a suction device to replace my oil. Elijah made sure to show me the dipstick afterwards and Noah explained very clearly why I may need to replace my oil pan. These kids were trustworthy and I could read it in their faces. They know what your vehicle means to you, and they’ll give great attention to detail with even the simplest task of an oil change. Keep up the great work and one day when y’all have your own businesses you will go far in life.”

I know how to replace a battery but that would have involved going the parts store, lugging the battery home, swapping it out and then returning the old one to the parts store for the core credit. I found exactly what I wanted online and then went to my local Pep Boys location. Fast and efficient service. Got just the price I was expecting and the battery swap out was done quickly. They didn't try to upsell me with options I didn't want. I am totally satisfied with the entire experience. Doing it my self would have taken a lot more effort and time. I honestly believe that the price I paid Pep Boys was really close to the same as I would have paid if I had done the swap myself.
