“At first, I was a skeptical about having Dr Chu perform my father's cataract surgery. The first visit required us to see Dr Chu at her Plano office, then pre op at her Dallas office off of 635, then have the surgery at the surgical center near Presbyterian Dallas, then follow up at the Plano office. Most people who have cataract surgery are elderly which makes it difficult. I can say that now my father has completed surgery in both eyes that our experience was worth it. The staff at the Plano office was understanding and sympathetic. Amanda at the 635 office was patient, kind and thorough with her pre op instructions. The surgery center was efficient and well organized. I liked Dr Chu's bedside manner as she took her time explaining and listening to my father. Thank you Newman and Taub Vision Center for helping my 81 year old father see the world better.”
