“I had a battery replaced at Christensen Tire & Automotive at 1407 E Belt Line Rd, Richardson, TX 75081 on December 2020. They put in an Interstate battery that had a 2-year warranty. I had problems with the battery not staying charged and I had it tested and it was bad. Christensen Tire & Automotive tried to charge me $178.59 for a new battery that was still under warranty. DO NOT GO TO Christensen Tire & Automotive because they will try to sell you snake oil and rip you off. They were going to get a new battery from Interstate Battery at no cost to them because the battery was under warranty and charge me for it. That is very deceitful. STAY AWAY FROM CHRISTENSEN TIRE & AUTOMOTIVE AT 1407 E BELT LINE RD, RICHARDSON, TX 75081. I came to Interstate Battery and showed my receipt from when I purchased it from Christensen Tire & Automotive (2020) and Interstate Battery told me it was still under warranty and that there would be NO charge for the battery. Pete was very helpful along with the other gentleman that tested my battery. They were both friendly and gave great customer service! I recommend coming to Interstate Battery for your battery needs. I'm not sure why there are all these negative comments about not getting a new battery that is under warranty. There are always two sides to a story. I never had a problem and I had a wonderful experience. Thank you. “Tastes great! Friendly service at register. They are very busy since they’re newly open, everyone is trying to get in to try it. Quick turnover surprisingly .. but not much seating, cleaned our own table as soon as one became available. Spent 20 minutes from getting in line to getting our food, not bad considering how busy they are. Chicken is light and crispy and crunchy... not greasy at all. Sure, the two tender combo is $9.99 and that’s very well worth it. The tenders are almost as big as a breast honestly and the sliders are not sliders, they’re like full sized recommendations. It’s worth what you’re paying for sure. One recommendation I would give for you guys is to give less sauce out, felt guilty about throwing away half of it. Other than that, I would recommend.”

“My mom fell about a week ago, she's 82 and I couldn't get her off the floor, so I called 9-1-1 and fire brigade #56 showed up at our house around 11 PM. I told them over the phone what had happened. They showed up about 10 minutes after I called them. Four big fireman got out of the blood, red fire truck and I lead them to the back bedroom where mom had fallen and couldn't get up, so they gently picked her up off the floor and put her in the bed. I was grateful and appreciated their help. The fire department is truly here to protect and to serve the citizens of Dallas. They didn't say, "hey sir, do have fire brigade insurance?" How are you going to pay us?? They serve and they see some gruesome things, but they are true public servants. Think where we would be without them. Thanks for the help. For all you see that is disturbing, you are appreciated by the public and it does make a difference.”

“A great big THUMBS UP and THANK YOU to Lt. Roe and Jose of Dallas Fire Station #12 for calming my nerves and easing my fears today. My husband left a pretty full propane tank sitting out in the backyard. While I was back there enjoying the dog, the darn thing went "POP!" My dog and I both ran for cover but nothing else happened other than the oozing of gas fumes. This didn't seem like a reason to call 911, so I drove the 0.3 miles to our nearest station. After sharing my mini- adventure, they explained what was likely going on with the tank and that we were likely not in danger of it blowing up. They offered to come over and make sure it was off. Yay! I figured they'd come within the hour, at their leisure. Not at all. They were at my house within a minute of my own arrival! Turned out the thing had a mild leak. They related it under a shady tree and out of direct sunlight. My husband will return it and get a non-leaky one. So all's well that ends well! Our family is very appreciative. Thanks to the entire team!”
