“I loved living here. Peter was so helpful getting us into our lease even when we were 2500 miles away. Any time I needed to talk to him it was a pleasure Talking to him and getting approved was such a relief for such a big move. I rented a renovated unit. It was ok and from my perspective of West Coast rental pricing, very affordable. However, if you do not have that perspective it might seem pricy. Having an in unit laundry machine is a must. You don't pay extra for water because the whole building splits the costs of water. If you use the onsite machines in a shared room you have to pay. I'm so glad I payed a bit extra monthly for in unit The pool was fun but not always a clean as I would have liked. My kid loved playing with the other kids there all summer. I loved it too. Being next to The Park and their playgrounds was great! The maintenance staff are so friendly and helpful. And my neighbors (I was in building 2) were all fine to live next to. It's in South Park and you get access to SP schools so it's got that going for it if you're a parent. If I had not felt pressured to buy a house fast because of rising interest rates, I would have stayed there longer and get adjusted to PGH a bit more. I only lived there 3 months but it was a fun summer with the pool. P.s. The pictures look nicer than the actual units (typical) but they aren't bad in person..I was really nervous about this as I couldn't do a tour as I was so far away.”

“My dad and I looked at several Assisted Living facilities for him and we both thought Parsons House would be a great fit. It is like a warm and inviting home- with no institutional feel whatsoever. The grounds are kept perfect and are lovely for my dad to walk about. His room is spacious and kept pristine and fresh by his care team. He moved in a month before Covid and we, like everyone else with a loved on in Assisted Living, were so very worried. We had great communication with him and the staff and the residents were kept occupied and loved while the world was shut down. The meals are prepared by a great chef- he even bakes goodies with the fresh eggs from Parsons own chicken coop! The entire staff truly cares about their residents and have helped me understand the aging process with my dad. There are several other men residents that my dad can pal around with- rare in some of the places we visited. My dad has the option to join in a variety of daily exercises and fun activities led by a super enthusiastic activity director. I would highly recommend looking at Parsons House for your mom or dad! My dad needed very little help when he first moved in but as he turned 91 recently he has started using more care level and If he ever needed Memory Care- they have a lovely cottage on the property that would be ideal. Give it a look and know this is a perfect place for your loved one.”

I ordered my food but then once I was waiting for it to be handed to me I remembered that I didn't get any fries or cheese dip sauce which is my kids fav ! As I got their attention and asked if their fries were any good at that moment the kid working said well you know what I can have then throw in a fresh batch , I said count me in ! I ended up going inside to wait because the drive through continued with people. Guys let me tell you how stinking good those fries really are ! ! I ate like half the bag on my way home ! I'm so thankful for the staff there for no complaints at all , they happily said we got you ma'am ! Ugh they were so good and that seasoning they threw on em 😋”

“Last time I came here, Paul was the one seeing my mom. We recently visited on 7/19/19 & found out Paul wasn’t working here anymore, we were so sad! 😕 he was awesome. With that being said, my mom was seeing someone new, her name was Danica. We are so happy to have her. She was so nice, explained everything thoroughly & had an amazing personality! She also spoke very well Spanish (my mom is only a Spanish speaker) so that was a plus! We were impressed. Also, one of her helpers that took us into the room and got info from us was great! They know their stuff but I really appreciated the way they created a very warm environment with a robust menu of state-of-the-art skincare treatment options. Morpheus8 has a reputation for being painful so the day of my procedure I was nervous. Instead of leaving me to cope with the anxiety, they were sweet and patient with me. The day after the procedure I had some questions and they responded fast and explained (again) what I should expect over the next few days. I am 36 years old with plenty of experience at places comparable to Skinfinity, and this place exceeds the highest marks from client service to services offered.
