Unfortunately, some of the pharmacy people are just not friendly. You can be busy and still be friendly. I have struggled with the fact that this is a high-end pharmacy but there are people working there who don’t seem to enjoy their job. I would encourage management to do some training of their pharmacy staff, they seem to know what they’re doing but they are very frustrated and not always polite. This is just an attitude adjustment that needs to happen for these guys to be a five-star location.”

I am so grateful my family lives at Brookdale Lake Highlands and is happy and is safe in their care. It relieves a lot of stress knowing they are well cared for.
