“I have been a tenant at Paseo for over six years and have nothing but good things to say about my time there. To begin with I loved that I was within walking distance to so much - many amazing restaurants, bars and clubs, with more seeming to open every month. I also loved the apartment: large bathrooms and closets, amazing kitchen with a convection oven, high end refrigerator, granite counter tops and painted cabinets. The apartment staff were easy to work with and if there was ever an issue, maintenance was on it. I was on the bottom floor in the northwest corner and found it very quiet. I did see that someone complained that they thought the windows were too thin, but I never had any noise issues. I just recently moved out - my fiance’ owned her place and it made sense to move in there, but I would still be at Paseo if that weren’t the case (and no issues on getting my security deposit back). If you are looking for a great location so close to so much, you don’t need to look any further. I definitely give it a thumbs up experience!”
