The shift manager (young African American female) was courteous and had great customer service. Food was fresh and the order was correct. Will definitely visit again. “Strawberries & cream waffle were excellent. Grits were surprisingly creamy with a broiled crunchy top. Everything else was pretty standard eggs and potatoes. The bakery has amazing looking baked good (i didn't try but I plan to on next visit). Service was the only think that knocked it down. Might have caught everyone on a rough day but from moment I walked in nobody was very friendly. Easy to overlook when the food is good though. Perfect brunch location.”

“Today I came here for the first time because we missed the breakfast rush. My boyfriend and I were waiting outside. The location is so beautiful we were sitting outside well before they opened. We were greeted and we came inside to check out the atmosphere. Everything thing was social distanced which is so great! We had the pleasure of having Scott greet and sit us. He was amazing! Who would have known we were coming to lunch and a comedy! We had great laughs, I felt like I was out to lunch with an old pal! We ordered Hawaiian Tuna and the Grilled shrimp tacos. Everything was delicious, very well flavored and reasonably priced. We enjoyed this restaurant 10/10 would recommend.”

“My friend and I came in for dinner and there was a wait for a table, so we went to the bar. The bartender, Morgan, helped get us sat by taking a table out of section, which was incredibly nice. The food took a while, so Morgan brought out the salads early. My food was made incorrectly, so she quickly corrected it and offered to have it totally remade, which was unnecessary, but appreciated. Morgan made the experience much better by being kind,attentive, and helpful. I'm glad we had her taking care of us!”

“We've been going here since the early 2000s. It has always been very good quality food. We can't afford high end places often, but go here for special occasions. We really enjoy it every time. We went recently. Chef Gorji did a really good job with still providing a great experience although the food was take out due to Covid. He schedules the pickup to ensure that the food is prepared with the best timing for take out. He has a menu geared towards takeout. We enjoy all the food we've had so far, but in particular like the pomegranate sauce.”
