“We were walking in around 9:30pm which is close to closing time so take this with that context. But we had to wait on rice to be replenished, and they were very low on beans and we had to wait to replenish lettuce as well. Service was pretty slow despite it being not busy later in the evening, a line of customers ended up forming when I don't think it should have because we were waiting on them to make a staff members food and then replenish the supplies on the line. But the product was still very good, filling, and it wasn't an eternity we had to wait but just sort of annoying when you want to get in and out.”

“Me and some of my coworkers came here for lunch the other day. It was my first time here and it was really great! The service was very friendly, helpful, and fast. The food was amazing! The young lady that served me was awesome in getting me my order, she made sure to ask me if the items she was about to give me was correct and then when I asked her if she could give me a drink with no ice she had no problem refusing it for me as I didn't order it special as I always do with no ice. This young lady is the future of customer service. She is happy to have her job and shows it in her work ethic. I wish I remembered her name as I would love to tell her manager what pleasant and courteous person she is. They both deserve accomdations. The true face of customer service. Staff was being like causal and careless in the beginning, but actually it was because they are TRULY friendly – not fake big smile with curiosity of money. I have cooked over 15 years with over 10 countries' food studies, and I am always being very picky and serious for overall quality of restaurant. 5 star absolutely.
