“Wow, service and food were excellent. Had many dishes, as we could not decide what to order, and I did not regret a single one. From the chef to the server, everyone was there to make your experience the best it could be. I would recommend to anyone who has not tried to go in and see what they’re about.”

“As a first time visitor I was definitely impressed and I am looking forward to my next visit! “House of Blues has hosted our Kids Who Rock Camp performances as well as the Talent Shows. It is such a delight to work with professional and nice people. Always very accommodating for our events. A perfect place for the kids to show their talents. We also had a Christmas Holiday show this past 2018. The guests that were not a part of the show enjoyed it as well. Our shows are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! I cannot thank HOB enough for giving the kids a place to SHINE and what a better spot than the House of Blues?? Stay tuned & check the HOB calendar for more performances in 2019 from KIDS WHO ROCK.”

“So good! The salsa is amazing. I got the Mexican Cobb salad, and ate every bite. The bill for both of us was only $20. Great place, great prices. I noticed that you can buy their salsa on the way out. Will be doing that next time!”

“This place is so cool! I have been here twice, and the first time we sat at a small high top table. It was a bit crowded, but we were seated fairly quickly considering the crowd. The second time we sat at the bar to eat and drink. The best decision because the bartenders were absolutely awesome! That is how bartenders should be - friendly, talkative, knowledgable (especially about whiskey!), and can make delicious drinks! Our food was very delicious as well. No complaint about this place! My favorite aspect of this place is the decorum. Very unique! Highly recommend!”

“Good neighborhood hole in the wall. DJ Playing all kinds of music. Live Tejano/Spanish type music on Saturdays. Very casual dress code. Bring your own liquor bottle as they only serve beer and set ups. Need about 1 or 2 more restrooms. Front patio. Clientele is more of the blue collar type of people. Not to bad of a place. Hardly ever any drama there since the crowd is mostly 35 and up.”

“BBQ and service at this place is excellent. The service was very sociable and kind. Prices were good for how much you get. Makes me feel like I am back in Sacramento.”

“Came across this spot while in town for Super Bowl Sunday. The food was delicious (mac and cheese egg rolls and pork belly potato skins were great). So we ordered and then got a table next door at Tempest which was perfect for the game and a few beers.”

“I had been to Dallas, I had had tacos, but never these, and never so good. My friends and I flew in late to Dallas. My friends cousin picked us up and he said, “who wants some gas station tacos?” We said sounds good to us, not expecting much. We arrived, placed our order and checked out the store as we waited. My first bite brought such a smile to my face. I scarfed then down and ordered a few more. I made sure to visit at least once more before I left Dallas.”
