I have been seeing Dr. Nutt off and on for one year and always leave the office with relief. I retired in December 2018 and wanted to find something to augment my current activities so I tried Studio 6. I’ve been consistently going first once a week and now twice a week. It is a very different exercise and I genuinely believe that it has made me stronger. At my age it is difficult to find something that changes the way your body looks but this is it!
