The turnover was okay nothing out of this world. The matzo ball soup was delicious they are kind of known for it here. The veggie sandwich was great. And the patty melt was good. Not the best, but good.”

“A1 Wireless Irving, Texas Grand Opening I recently went to visit A1 Wireless which is a popular in the Dallas area for Cellar Repair Company 8 years in the industry. But they have finally expanded out to Irving, Texas in a great location at 4455 W. Northgate Dr. Suite A 75038 with the newly renovated Fox Fuels site a complete complement to the DFW International Airport. I took my Fully Paid off IPhone 8+ to them for a screen replacement. The servicemen were clean and respectful to potentially provide me with the service. Everything checks out they have Certificate of Occupancy from the “ City of Irving”. This is there Grand opening week so I expect nothing less than the best. For the screen replacement they presented the Aftermarket Replacement Screen which comes with a lifetime warranty. “It is extremely hard and rare to come by a shop nowadays that does business to their standard. My 2016 ProStar was derated -because of what I assumed was the QLS Sensor-and I couldn’t get it into the shop for them to take a look at it. I was transferred to Brandon and we were able to arrange for a mobile tech to come out and take a look at it. Long story short, they were able to properly diagnose, get the warrantied part approved through NTP, and fix the real issue. I was back rolling in 2 days. Big shouts out to Brandon, Pete, and forgive me but I forgot the other technician’s name lol. I will be back for any further issues that may arise. Thanks gentlemen!”

There is a new rep working in the store by the name of Jonathan Williamson who has went above and beyond to make sure a rather difficult situation was handled with the utmost professionalism and exceptional customer service. I had a bad experience with the movers, and their customer service was lacking; as well as their moving experience. Some of the issue was possibly out of their hand but they were rude. Jonathan was so wonderful, I do plan on purchasing from Modshop again because the craftsmanship of their sofas is high quality, beautiful and comfortable and Jonathan is part of the reason I will continue to be a customer. He was super nice and made sure I left as happy as I could in a situation that was out of his control. He shows that 1 person can truly make a difference in the perception of a company,and that a pleasant attitude is how you keep customer retention!”
