“If Skillman Home Depot ever goes to war I will put on an orange apron and ride at dawn with them. I love this Home Depot (specifically the garden department) so much it’s unhealthy and I should probably talk to a therapist. I had the BEST interaction today. I was looking at a clearance patio table and a worker shouted across the store, “How much is that?” I thought, ‘It beats me I don’t work here’ and he shouted, “look at the yellow tag” and I shouted back “29” and he shouted, “how much are you willing to pay?” Life has really not prepared me for this situation at 8 am on a Sunday and I thought the correct answer was “29”. I was wrong. He chirped back, “Will you take it for 20? I’ve got five Christmas trucks coming in this week and we need the summer stuff cleared out.” We bantered back and forth a few times and he was having so much fun and you could tell he loved The Depot even more than I do. Long story short I now have a table I didn’t really want, but it’s suddenly my favorite little blue table. I will always look at it and think about what exceptional customer service looks like; deviating from the script of mundane interactions and taking a moment to have a special and fun interaction with a customer while accomplishing the goal. It made my weekend an absolute delight. Home Depot already gets a chunk of each pay-check I get, but do I need to re-write my will and give them my first born? At this point we’re basically family. Thank you Home Depot for being yourself. Also, PS, I hate orange - so that orange apron I’ll wear for you is really saying something.”

I bought a forklift a few months ago from another company and it was a bad experience and I didn't want to buy again. “High quality leather and stitching work! I had ten white, ultra-modern dining room chairs which, after a decade, were showing lots of wear on the pleather they came with. Mickael re-finished them in beautiful, genuine gray leather. I wasn't expecting them to come out looking this good! I initially drove out to the physical location, but it isn't necessary. Mickael will come to you to look at the furniture needing to be refinished, will present you with a binder of different leather finish options, and provide a quote. He picked up the chairs and delivered them when they were finished - very convenient if you don't have a truck. Great experience overall and I love my new chairs!!!”

“They were very friendly it's on the small side but had a range of different products some unique things for very good prices I've had absolutely no problem with any of the products that I got there but it is quite small like I said they have a lot of unique stuff I got an high carbon steel small Skillet pan that was made for a wood-burning stove but I can use it on my gas range also I got a oval cast iron skillet I got two large heavy duty C clamps my roommate got four different laptops and a set mediums of surround sound speakers all but one of the laptop powered on need to get a power supply for one in a battery for another he said the speakers work well all for $4 2”

“It's a starbucks! The workers are super nice, you really have to time it at the right time. sometimes the line is out of the parking lot and others it is a ghost town. I personally wouldn't sit outside here just because of the location. The walk up window can take a while, but again I'm usually in a rush (my problem, not theirs) and can't stop if the line is too long. If you order ahead but the line is long, its near impossible to get into the lot to pick up your order.”
