My car used to have some issues and I went to different garages to fix it. “We had the pleasure of visiting Ross Dress for Less with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. As we walked around the store we did not notice any slip or trip hazards. There was no wait to enter the store and there were at least four handicapped parking spots in the front of the store. The entrance to the store has the ability to open wide enough for someone in a wheelchair. There were a lot of people in the line to checkout and the line started moving faster when the store Manager opened up another register and started checking people out. She was very courteous and professional. We bought a few pairs of quality shoes and paid about $47.59. We would recommend Ross Dress For Less. "Our Purpose Is Your Blessing"”

“I had prints that were frameless for 6 years because I didn't trust the local chain stores to properly frame it. I found Sam's in Dallas and took him 3 prints. 1 of the 3, my most beloved print "Spanish Dancer" was damaged in the process of framing. I was heartbroken and in tears. Unfortunately, the company that I purchased from could no longer replicate the print. Sam was very apologetic and worked tirelessly to correct it. I appreciated greatly how he owned up to the damage and his offering of a consolation. He concealed the damage to where it's only now noticeable upclose. His friendly demeanor, willingness to go above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I returned a month later with two additional prints and they turned out beautiful. We always get compliments on all 5 framed prints. Thank you, Sam!”

“The car purchased was a fail at first as it had problems. Come to find out my battery light came on the day after a problem was fixed. They said the oil change was new but it wasn’t. 3 new tires but one wasn’t I’m assuming as they were unable to take it off as not even a mechanic was they had to use a gun to take it off. A power steering wire was damaged without advising, didn’t advise of new brakes or rotors were going to be needed, ABS sensor was damaged. I fixed them all due to I don’t want to constantly fight with them because overall the staff is great, they’re nice but just those problems encountered is what I did not like & the pricing I don’t think was a great price for the miles and yeara and problems it had. But at the time I needed a car was going to test it out normally I’m the type to complain but at this point I’m like whatever cause karma comes one way or another if someone does someone else dirty. But again the staff is great and very responsive. I wish they had an online payment system without fees though instead of always driving there. But again great sales teams as well as theyre personalities.”
