Ideally, the On-Site service calendar would be accessible when I order so I can arrange everything without phone calls.”

Still need to take it to the cleaners and alterations places they recommended to get it wedding day perfect, but I was very impressed by this place and surprised there weren't more rental services like it in the area. The staff was in a bit of a hurry because they're only open on Saturdays but were overall very helpful and accommodating. Also the shop was tiny and smelled a bit like smoke which is the only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars.
