“I have been going to Mr. Patterson for YEARS and he has always been HONEST and FAIR with very reasonable prices. I don’t have any problems with communication, he is very straight forward. However if he does miss my call I understand that he is a ONE MAN SHOW and does it all by himself and my call will be returned later. Or I shoot a text message. I’ve seen Mr. Brandon working on multiple cars at a time, hopping back and forth from one to the other while still performing outstanding customer service as I was coming to get my own vehicle. He takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is safe to drive so you don’t have to come back in 6 months for the same problem!. What I love most about going to his shop is that if there is another problem that needs to be fixed, he will consult that with you, give you the option to want to go ahead and fix it or wait on it depending on the severity. “If you want great quality service, a mechanic that will listen to you and ask questions, give you an upfront estimate then come here! Since 07/2020 my car had been randomly running hot and overheating off and on. My car has been to 3 other shops and none of them thought anything was wrong with my car. After speaking with Jesus and letting him know all the previous repairs I’ve gotten he was able to properly diagnose my car and let me know what needs to be replaced. For a while I had been thinking I was going crazy and that no one was listening to me. I will be dropping my car off for repairs come Wednesday morning.All around me there are shops and one is even around the corner but something in my gut told me to drive a little further up the road and I’m happy I did!”

“I moved to the neighborhood 5 years ago. I walk my dog a few times a day and the people at the Alon on Tennessee St in McKinney Texas are more personable and cater to everyone's needs. From putting my favorite soda on ice so it's very cold to seeing certain people who don't get out of their car and knowing what to grab and run out. The manager even shares breakfast from his native country when he makes it. The gentleman who closes gets off at midnight and stays until 12:30 or later to make sure he mops with bleach and covers every inch. During the day I see them checking dates for safety. If I moved an hour away I would still frequent the Alon because they don't only have, but have, earned my respect and friendship. Hate and prejudice have absolutely no home here. I can't leave a review without mentioning that the owner plays a very active roll in keeping up with everything and he trusts his employees to make important decisions and handle certain funds and tasks that I haven't seen in medium sized businesses before. I used to own a couple of retail chains and never saw a working system like I see here.”
