Even with all the shortages of labor and materials, they got me a quick turn around. Manuel and his team installed the new system, did a great job rerouting some pvc drains, and really impressed my wife with their professionalism when she went to sign off on the job. “My dad and I looked at several Assisted Living facilities for him and we both thought Parsons House would be a great fit. It is like a warm and inviting home- with no institutional feel whatsoever. The grounds are kept perfect and are lovely for my dad to walk about. His room is spacious and kept pristine and fresh by his care team. He moved in a month before Covid and we, like everyone else with a loved on in Assisted Living, were so very worried. We had great communication with him and the staff and the residents were kept occupied and loved while the world was shut down. The meals are prepared by a great chef- he even bakes goodies with the fresh eggs from Parsons own chicken coop! The entire staff truly cares about their residents and have helped me understand the aging process with my dad. There are several other men residents that my dad can pal around with- rare in some of the places we visited. My dad has the option to join in a variety of daily exercises and fun activities led by a super enthusiastic activity director. I would highly recommend looking at Parsons House for your mom or dad! My dad needed very little help when he first moved in but as he turned 91 recently he has started using more care level and If he ever needed Memory Care- they have a lovely cottage on the property that would be ideal. Give it a look and know this is a perfect place for your loved one.”

“My sunlight developed a leak during crazy weather of almost constant raining in Texas. Reached out to several companies and got either no response or the soonest they could have it repaired (weather permitting) was several weeks. Brandon worked with me to get my repair fixed as soon as the weather permitted and gave me the best price. Instead of waiting weeks while the leak got worse, he had it fixed in a couple of days.
