I decided to try Cricket and now (with auto pay $5 discount) I pay $60 for the exact same thing. Have yet to drop a call. The staff may be young but they really are experts. I don't know the young mans name but everytime I go in, my questions are answered or he will show me and explain step by step on how to trouble shoot the problem. I'm almost an expert myself now. They are lucky to have him.”
