I recently moved to one of these apartments and I LOVE IT!!! Olga was one of the sweetest mangers I have ever met and answered all my questions without any hidden tactics that most mangers do from other properties that I’ve been too. Jose the maintenance supervisor is a great and chill guy, he explained to me how to use the front door lock (electrical one never used one before) and also told me some great places to eat around the area. So far I give this property an A++

I came in after a long month and half of searching for a place to live and the staff was wonderful. Anastasia and Olga made me feel right at home and they had me approved by end of visit. I highly recommend this complex.

I recently moved from Jacksonville to Beachwalk and I am very happy I did! Olga the manager toured me and I immediately knew this was where I wanted to live. The service is on point, they are always willing to help and make you feel special. I love the area and can't beat the distance to the beach. I highly recommend this community for their service and location.
