  I stayed here from Wednesday to Monday in early March. Although not a high-end hotel, I was quite comfortable during my stay. There are train tracks directly next to the hotel, but I only heard one brief horn the whole time. Regular car traffic is pretty loud on the road-side of the building. I had the DND sign on my door all the time, and was never once disturbed by staff.
  The only complaint I could bring is against other guests. I had the dubious pleasure of being at the end of the hall next to a staircase, and the thundering of unaccompanied children and inconsiderate adults up and down the stairs was very annoying. Also, because the doors do not swing closed on their own, you need to close them manually, and at least one other room on my floor routinely slammed their door obnoxiously. The room next to mine had loud guests that would bang on their own door to be let in, because apparently they didn't have enough key cards to go around. Sometimes their shouting sounded like Jerry Springer. I had to unplug my phone because some braindead woman kept trying to call that same room at 1am one night, but dialing the proper room number was apparently too difficult for her and she would get my room instead.
  Altogether, it wasn't a bad stay, I just noticed all the guest problems because of how long I was in the room. A more expensive hotel may yield a higher quality clientele.

  Very clean room, nice staff, not the best neighborhood and was kinda noisy at times but, not too bad. The bathroom sink kinda had a funny smell but, that didn’t bug me. Breakfast until 9:30 and Texas shaped waffles!! I enjoyed my stay and if I ever stay in Garland again, I will definitely stay here.

  I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, who is in need of a pace to stay may it be for a day or longer! This is a very clean place that values their customers and gives you that home away from home experience.

  It was a very nice, the people were very nice and accommodating. The food was really good. They made sure we had a handicap room & bathroom. The only problem we had was the shower rod & curtain was down & my wife had to fix it and put it up.
