(April 25, 2019, 11:22 am)Despite having to deal with our downstairs neighbor I enjoyed my stay at these apartments. My now husband and I loved it and if ever needed to move from our house we would def go back. Chelsey was so helpful many times! Brian whom is no longer there was so helpful too!

(February 9, 2019, 11:38 am)Best apt I've ever lived in, hands down. This is the best deal you'll find in the Dallas area (trust me I've looked, multiple times). The apts are new and clean and aren't over-priced. Very energy efficient (the lowest utility bills ever!) Great amenities. Safe. Cool little downtown spot by some restaurants & shops. Also the staff is awesome, they've always been helpful and courteous to me, and from what I've seen they treat everyone in the same manner. I was there for 2 years and would've stayed longer, but my wife and I needed to be closer to work & school. I can't say enough good things about this place, I loved living there!

(May 4, 2017, 12:57 pm)***Update: I renewed my lease here and I love my new unit! They made it very easy for me to move units. Brian in the leasing office takes care of me as well as Chelsea. They are great and always keep me updated on anything I need to know. I love these apartments! The interior is beautiful, all of the amenities here at both buildings, the area it self is AMAZING! I definitely plan on staying here for a while. My neighbors are great. Utilities are through the city and I've never had to pay a lot of money for electric, water, or sewer (even in the summer). I definitely recommend this property! :)
Just moved in and I like the apartment so far . Daisy in the front office was great to work with! She is very attentive and helpful. The pool is beautiful, great fitness center. I do have an issue with my specific apartment, in which I will be talking with management today in an effort to get it resolved, and then I will come back and change my review.
