  I have been to this location about 5 times and each time has been fast, friendly and professional. The Women that greet you are very informative and will guide you in the right direction. There may be a line but if you can remain calm and polite, you will realize it actually moves pretty fast!

  It took 2 attempts of just showing up and standing in line before figuring out the best and most efficient way to get in and out of this place without wasting an entire day. I was told this is the best facility when it comes to number of employees at any given time. First things first. You MUST get in-line ONLINE at 7am that morning. You will immediately receive an estimated time of the appointment and are told to arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled time. Once inside you will check in at kiosk and put in your phone number and the system will print out a ticket for you. Sit down and wait but you will not wait too long. I may have waited about 15 or so minutes before my ticket was called. Quite the painless experience, really. If for some reason the wait is longer than expected then you can grab your ticket and go back home. You have until 3pm that same day to show up before your spot is taken. I wish I would have figured out the system on the first attempt but oh well. Hopefully it will save you some time.
