(March 19, 2018, 11:26 am)Went there today to deal with something, and I don't know what all these one star people were talking about. They were nice, and I was in and out in less than an hour, and that included time waiting in the lobby.
The three women that I talked to were not rude in any way, and the one that ended up being my caseworker was most kind, and answered my likely dumb questions with no attitude or anything.
If you go in there with an attitude, you'll probably get one back. Be nice to people, it usually works.
