He knew the ins and outs of each brand and individual mattress and also knew what to recommend us based off of our sleeping style. It's been 5 years since we purchased a new mattress and it was long over due. Lance took complete care of us and we walked out with an amazing bed and two way adjustable bed frame (his explanation of the two way adjustable bed frame changed how we thought of back pain and convinced us to buy one). The photo lady helping me was very knowledgeable and experienced in the process of retrieving from my phone, as well as making the picture as clear as possible. The picture needed to be enlarged to 20 x 30, for a birthday present for my husband. The picture was of his daughter, Kiersten, had passed away in June during the crane accident occurred downtown Dallas. Almost to the end, I realized the lady helping me was the store manager. “I love my newly finished tub and shower! My house was built 13 years ago, and the tub and shower colors (both "white") never matched. The grout was also starting to look grimy, and we had multiple chips in the tub.
