The photo lady helping me was very knowledgeable and experienced in the process of retrieving from my phone, as well as making the picture as clear as possible. The picture needed to be enlarged to 20 x 30, for a birthday present for my husband. The picture was of his daughter, Kiersten, had passed away in June during the crane accident occurred downtown Dallas. Almost to the end, I realized the lady helping me was the store manager. Beth is awesome as allergy shot girl Jessica my fave she left but no problem with Beth she is there Tues and Thursday so we try to go on that day.
