  To say Mrs. Baldwin is Amazing is an understatement! My son started going to piano lessons with her in December and is already playing chords and learning how to compose his own music. My 12 year old son really enjoys his lessons and is so eager for that day every week. She is teaching him college level concepts in a way that he can understand. She is very positive and encouraging and allows me to sit in the lessons with him to know what he is learning. If you need a piano teacher or a vocal coach come see Ms. Baldwin!!

  My son started classes in October 2019 and the improvement is amazing. She is really patient! My son can sometimes be in la la land but if you have a younger child you really have to invest the time with your child to learn. They are sometimes not disciplined enough to practice on their own. I’m really happy I chose Ms. Cathy because I do feel like she’s introducing the stages of piano at the right time. I’m really excited for my son and this journey we’re taking together. ?

  Ms Cathy is absolutely incredible!! She really helped me by giving me the proper tools and tricks to train my diaphragm and my voice to sing properly- so much so that I was able to be the lead in Bring It On and last a whole three show weekend as well as months of rehearsals— Without any vocal strain or damage! She is incredibly supportive and really helps you with what you need to get stronger on. I will definitely be going back to her lessons as soon as I can!

  I would like to highly recommend Cathy Baldwin with DaCat Music! We hired Ms. Cathy in June of 2018 for voice lessons for my 17 year old daughter. My daughter knew she wanted to be in her upcoming high school musical and knew exactly which part she wanted. Ms. Cathy helped her get the role. My daughter had no previous experience with singing or in choir. We paid for 30 minute lessons once a week and Ms. Cathy was never quick to move us along she took her time we never felt rushed and towards the end she would schedule us as the last appointment in case we needed more time. I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Cathy. She taught from her home and i would always see kids coming in and out with the guitars and other musical instruments. She is great if you want some one on one instruction time.

  She makes learning music entertaining and fun! There is never a dull moment. I highly recommend DaCat Music for any student interested in developing their musical ability. I'm having a blast!
