(October 6, 2020, 4:15 pm)Due to covid, my old striking gym closed down. I tried several gyms until I stepped at George's. After the first class, I could tell the vast knowledge the coach has. The classes are very well rounded and welcoming. So happy to be training with this team!

I completed my 9th class today and I definitely love this. I bought gear to help get my head in the right place each time I go in. It helps.
I am still new but I am getting better every time I train. My confidence is through the roof. Thanks!
(November 27, 2019, 1:09 am)I love this gym. I got In the best shape of my life the year I worked out there. Too bad I moved about an hour away. I’m looking to find a way to come back and train. George is an amazing g striking comment coach, fighters from all ages and skill levels, even pros! Very inclusive atmosphere, make you feel welcome and at home no matter your skill and background. Can’t wait to go back!
