I’m very pleased with this flower shop. They were able to provide the best flower arrangement i’ve ever seen for my coworker who had just lost their grandfather. I cannot say enough about this place

I called Priscilla's to order flowers from out of state for a local funeral. The order was to be delivered to the church in time for the visitation. They called me the next day to let me know that a family viewing had been added the day before and asked if I wanted to move up my delivery! They did not have to do that and it just added an extra layer of Customer Service! They were wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them if you are in the Irving area! I requested a full arrangement for a man with fall colors, they nailed it and the price was excellent!

My teenage daughter bought a bouquet for my birthday last week. It was lovely!

She walked into the shop with no experience buying flowers. She said they guided her through the selection process patiently. The result was one of the most beautiful bouquet I have received.

Priscilla’s delivered the most beautiful flowers for my moms birthday! I spoke with a lady over the phone who was very helpful. She was mindful of my budget and was still able to create exactly what I was hoping for, using the colors I asked for. She also delivered same day, with a very last minute request. My mom was blown away by the arrangement. I’ve had flower delivery horror stories from previous companies so to work with someone who has great customer service, is reliable, and created a beautiful arrangement, deserves recognition.
