“The best place ????. I have lost 3-4lbs after joining them and religiously following the classes and diet. Highly recommend this place. This place can never be boring with outstanding instructions from all the trainers. Every class is unique and they keep trying new workout which is interesting and not boring. Though i love all of them but my favorite is Cat Thompson and her way of teaching a class with great music and energy.please include more classes from cat Thompson. I love you guys ❤️”

“Absolutely amazing experience. I walked in as an out-of-state non-patient looking for temporary Assistance. He listened, was kind, and understood the entire situation. He empathized with my situation and got me the help I needed. If you ever need a spine orthopedic doctor I highly recommend them. The front desk staff, Angela, was beyond outstanding. I do not believe there was one person in that building that was not overly helpful and knowledgeable. Truly an outstanding practice and one that you should see should you ever be in need.”
