I and my family have been banking here since it opened and have NEVER encountered any rude, unaccommedating employees, or inappropriate actions by ANY of the staff! They are always helpful and efficient with any request. We plan to remain customers as long as they are there!!

(June 14, 2018, 5:05 pm)I am amazed at the negative reviews of a bank that i have ALWAYS found to be super helpful, kind, courteous, and efficient! My father opened his account there several years ago and he loved going there to do business. Since his passing, the bank has been unfailingly gentle and helpful to me and my 85 yr old mother. Any problems have been resolved quickly and effectively. I enjoy them all! I encourage you to visit them for yourself before allowing some of these negative reviews to make up your mind for you. And let me mention Johnny O! (as i call him) since he was mentioned by another. Johnny is a COMPLETE gentleman and always has a warm greeting and smile for everyone. Mr. De Avila is superior in customer service as well. Please go see for yourself. Y se habla espanol!
