This is, in fact, one of the remaining down-home businesses. You'll beg God for the chance to do business with this kind of place when all you have is lowes, etc. I have done business with a lot of small town suppliers. Horton's reminds me of how it used to be.
( And Rodriguez wants everyone to speak his language and be nice to him.
