I give this location an A- Plus in Customer service.
Even though it looked like it was going to be a wait, they made sure I was taken care of in very professional down to earth way.
Greg and his right hand man Adrian is awesome.
I will definitely do business in the future with this branch.

I’ve rented here before for business travel to Austin and Houston, but most recently I’ve rented a car for a road trip to Mississippi.

The staff at this location are very friendly and accommodating. They understand that life happens and that you cannot always pick up or drop off the vehicle exactly at the times requested. As long as you take care of the vehicle and don’t trash it, you shouldn’t have any problems.

The vehicle I received for my rental was a 2022 Chevy Malibu LT (Full Size Category) with less than 5000 miles. The car was clean and very spacious for my wife and I, along with our 2 year old who is still in a rear facing car seat. The car was equipped with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, but still offers USB ports if a wired connection is preferred. It had cloth seats with electronic controls for the driver and manual controls for the passenger. It also had dual zone climate control for the driver and passenger. In terms of driver aids and additional systems, it has a stop/start feature, along with cruise control. The vehicle did not have radar-guided cruise control or blind spot detection, but life did exist before technology so it wasn’t an issue. The car was pretty spacious in the passenger area as well as in the trunk/boot. I’m 6’1”, but there was still room for adults to sit in the backseat behind me without crushing their legs or feet.

The car drove extremely well without any mechanical issues or concerns. We averaged around 30-35mpg at highway speeds, but I didn’t use cruise control and I have a bit of a lead foot. Still not bad at all for road tripping, especially with current gas prices.

The only (extremely minor) complaint I had was that the road noise from the tires was a bit louder than I’m used to, but after driving for sometime, I hardly noticed it.

Overall, we had an extremely positive experience renting from AVIS and from this specific location. The staff are friendly and the car was great. Will definitely rent here again for our next road trip.

Fun fact: Our weekend rental was cheaper than a full tank of gas for my truck.

The folks at this Avis location made everything easy. From the initial rental process, to transforming this into a mini-lease, to making my comings and goings simple and straightforward… this was a wonderful experience! I also adore the car I rented. It has wonderful safety features like Eyesight, Adaptive Cruise Control, a wonderful display screen for CarPlay, and it was spacious and easy to drive. Amazing!!

The man who helped me was very polite. It was my first time at this location. I had a reservation, he offered me an upgrade. He got me a car quick and I was given the choice to return the car after hours and drop the keys. I will definitely use this rental car place again.
