I am an animal lover and it was nice to see their dealership pet parrot being loved and cared for as well as talked to and spoiled with peanuts. I saw this level of care to their parrot each time I went to the dealership which was on many occasions. I ordered the Jeep a few months before it arrived and Frank kept in communication with me as to updates diligently. Also when I purchased the Jeep he made sure I was set up with everything and my Jeep apps. He showed me how to use my car as I’ve never had a hybrid before and showed me how to use all of my apps. “I called late in day to get a quote on repairing 2 bent rims on my car that I needed same day service. I spoke with Daniel and he told me he could make it happen if I came early in morning. When I came the next morning, I showed him the 2 wheels that I was told were damaged . He then said that they can check them all to be sure and Long story short they found damages on all of the rims. Also to add, he noticed that I had scratches and damages from checking the curb a few times and offered reasonable prices to fix the bent rims and powder coat the wheels. After everything was done my wheels came out looking brand new. I was very pleased with the service and quality of work. I will be using them again in the near future and I highly recommend. Shout out to Daniel, Marlo and Victor awesome guys. Best experience ever and now Im a forever customer”

He torqued all my lug nights by hand and inflated all tires to door placard pressure. 4 stars because the process requires phone calls from me to On-Site despite ordering everything through Tire Rack. Ideally, the On-Site service calendar would be accessible when I order so I can arrange everything without phone calls.”

On the day of the appointment I dropped my car off when they opened and picked it up when they closed around 5:00 p.m. The service was excellent and timely.
