Jarrod Ochoa my personal Physical Therapist was amazing. I felt like I was his mom, and he was my son. He took time to explain in detail all the exercises, and what part of my body they were helping. Jarred was also helped in my recovery. Thanks to all of you, I’m walking, standing, and feeling a hundred percent better. “I have read the previous review and have to say the following- I went to Dr. Saadi for a nerve issue in both of my arms but predominantly my right due to it being my dominant hand. Dr. Saadi was intelligent and knew right away what was causing the numbness. He explained my options, and suggested a nerve conduction study. I appreciate that he explained my options and clarified it was a non-surgical issue at the current time but was sympathetic and compassionate. Having general knowledge of the medical field and understanding of the current issues relating to health care/insurance coverage in today’s time, I knew my benefits and co-pay in advance and had no issue or surprises with my insurance. I believe that the previous review is a bit misplaced and should be directed towards their insurance carrier and not Dr. Saadi or his staff. Healthcare is definitely in need of reform but I would encourage you to take your issues to the polls instead of Google.”

“Going to see a cardiologist when you know you’re having an issue is not un-stressful. However, from the moment that I walked in the door and was greeted by the receptionist to the moment that I stepped out the door I had a fantastic experience. The staff was all very cordial. They were running a few minutes late, but were very apologetic. (Seriously though, who goes to a doctors appointment these days and expects to be seen exactly on time? I was seen very close to my appointment time.) I love the text messages and emails to remind me of my appointment… Because, sometimes life gets in the way and it’s nice to have a gentle reminder. The doctor spoke very clearly and use terms that I could completely understand, he made me laugh, and I felt completely at ease. I’m happy that he’s going to be doing my procedure really soon!”

“Despite the fact that this is an awful Walmart location, it does not apply to the Clinic here. As an URGENT care clinic, I give it 5 stars. You come here for urgent care needs and you are welcomed with exceptional service. I have been an urgent care patient here for 5 years now and love the convenience. I received my flu shot this year from the nurse Yolanda and didn’t feel a thing! Yolanda, the Nurse Practitioner Lisa, and the rest of staff always maintain a positive attitude despite the disrespectful customers I have personally seen them deal with over the years (folks, please respect our health care workers during these unprecedented times). I have been seen for small things such as a slight cough or sore throat. I do not recommend this as a primary care clinic and do see a primary care physician and specialists for my other medical needs. I highly advise people to keep in mind that this is an urgent care clinic and not all issues may be treated.”

“I visited Dr. Apte about 7 months after my surgery. My recovery was slow and I was experiencing pain. Dr. Apte listened to my symptoms very patiently and gave plenty of time. She recommended me ayurvedic/herbal medicines and dietary changes. I followed her guidance very religiously and to my surprise 70% of my pain was gone within 48 hours! I used to wake up due to pain early in the morning almost every day and that pain was 100% gone. Her medications also brought my stress levels to a significantly low level. I do not have enough words to thank Dr. Apte. After a month, I had a follow-up call with Dr. Apte and she provided further guidance. Thanks to Dr. Apte, my life is different now and I am hoping my remaining pain will go away.”

“I was 'put off' by some of the reviews, knowing my mother was being transferred to Austell Pruitt facility. However, once she arrived I was pleasantly impressed by the facility inside and the staff. If you've experienced other facilities....know this one is much better than many out there. Especially if you are considering a facility where utilizing social security/medicaid may be your only options. The staff are so pleasant and one of the best parts of this facility. The way we see them interact with patients and us. They have activities and are engaging with the patients. I also was impressed how well this location is managed, especially considering COVID. It's the first time in a long while I've been at peace with my Mom's care. Thank you PH Austell!”
