“I loved living here. Peter was so helpful getting us into our lease even when we were 2500 miles away. Any time I needed to talk to him it was a pleasure Talking to him and getting approved was such a relief for such a big move. I rented a renovated unit. It was ok and from my perspective of West Coast rental pricing, very affordable. However, if you do not have that perspective it might seem pricy. Having an in unit laundry machine is a must. You don't pay extra for water because the whole building splits the costs of water. If you use the onsite machines in a shared room you have to pay. I'm so glad I payed a bit extra monthly for in unit The pool was fun but not always a clean as I would have liked. My kid loved playing with the other kids there all summer. I loved it too. Being next to The Park and their playgrounds was great! The maintenance staff are so friendly and helpful. And my neighbors (I was in building 2) were all fine to live next to. It's in South Park and you get access to SP schools so it's got that going for it if you're a parent. If I had not felt pressured to buy a house fast because of rising interest rates, I would have stayed there longer and get adjusted to PGH a bit more. I only lived there 3 months but it was a fun summer with the pool. P.s. The pictures look nicer than the actual units (typical) but they aren't bad in person..I was really nervous about this as I couldn't do a tour as I was so far away.”

“Needed a good freshening up and decided to check this place out on a whim. They were a little busy and TC helped set me up with an appointment later that day. When I arrived TC was ready and with no delay he was straight to work. I have a good size beard and needed a good amount of hair cut. He took his time and did amazing work. When normally I feel rushed, TC took his time, gave me a top notch cut, and shaped up my beard nicely. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend! Thank you!”
