“Yesterday I hit my 30 days since visiting your office. I quietly waited the 30 days as I was skeptical that I had found someone that could help me with my migraines! I didn’t even tell friends or family of my appointment. For 24 years I have jumped around from PCP to neurologist to homeopathic doctors to massage therapists to acupuncture time after time. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on recommendations in the attempt to find a solution that didn’t consist of my triptan or shots, which may or may not work on that day. Triggers have never been consistent. It could be stress, sinus pressure, anxiety, hunger, insomnia, excessive heat, hormonal, or just it being any ordinary day. Worst part is that just having daily migraines as we all know create several the previously mentioned “triggers” so it’s a never-ending cycle. Additionally, I have Raynaud’s syndrome, which cannot be treated as the medications contradict with triptans. When I found you online, I showed my husband of 17 years, and he said at this point it is only worth a try. Now keeping in mind that I live close to 700 miles away, it would be an expense. But my husband said to me “imagine everything else we’ve spent on”, the expense may just be worth it. The day of my first appointment with you, I arrived with a migraine which was not a surprise to me as it had already been over 45 days with daily migraine. You did your thing making me feel so comfortable and unjudged and validated. Well you may not be a neurologist, but let me tell you, I have been migraine FREE for 31 days! Not ONE triptan taken. Not one day of having to tell my daughter I couldn’t play with her. It is so surreal to me and my family. And you’ll never believe that it has helped tone down my Raynaud’s flares. I have been sleeping every single night and I think all of that has helped stress and anxiety. I feel GOOD! I will be back soon! I spoke to my PCP last week and he was amazed and so happy. “I have been here many times and prefer going here. I have many to many imagining centers and through hospitals and this is my first choice. I NEVER get a bill after what I am told I have to pay up front. Other places I pay what they ask upfront and normally get a bill after. The man that takes the imagines is so friendly. They worked one day well into their lunch hour making sure all my Xrays were done. I have only been to the imagine side so I speak of them. Michelle at the front desk is so helpful and sweet. The building is older but they do a great job and you don't sit and wait forever. I do wish they didn't charge so much for extra cds. I have a lot for specialists and they all want to keep my cds and a lot of the time I don't get them back.”
