“I really want to like this local neighborhood gem in University Park. They seem to have an interesting selection of products and a very busy pharmacy. Unfortunately, some of the pharmacy people are just not friendly. You can be busy and still be friendly. I have struggled with the fact that this is a high-end pharmacy but there are people working there who don’t seem to enjoy their job. I would encourage management to do some training of their pharmacy staff, they seem to know what they’re doing but they are very frustrated and not always polite. This is just an attitude adjustment that needs to happen for these guys to be a five-star location.”

Because she is such a Leader, her leadership reflects in her staff. Her staff is also amazing! This isn't just a job to them but they make your family member their family! Johnathan the Health and Wellness Director is just fantastic! He raises the level of care your family member gets. Tamika who is the Business Office Manager is such a hard worker but still has time to forge relationships with the residents and their family members. She is on top of everything and does it with a smile. The communication is out standing with this Facility! I could keep naming people that have made an impression on us but they know who they are and how special they are to us! I am so grateful my family lives at Brookdale Lake Highlands and is happy and is safe in their care. It relieves a lot of stress knowing they are well cared for. They go above and beyond for their residents and that includes Brookdale Home Health Erick and his staff.
