I was pleasantly greeted and I felt like I was a priority. The wait can be a little long sometimes, but this is expected as its a walk in clinic, which i'm grateful for as other doctors require appointments, way better than going to the hospital. I'm very excited about the changes that have been made, and will continue to bring my family here.”

“My kids absolutely love Kiddie Academy Cypresswood! They learn a lot each day and the facility is absolutely clean and sanitized for their safety! Also, I couldn’t believe how affordable it was to get a full time school/daycare for both my 5 year son and my 3 year old daughter! They are brand new and that’s why they didn’t have a lot of reviews yet! I highly recommend you take your kids here if you want the very best for them. Also, they have cameras I can watch my kids as well!! This is the best Kiddie Academy location by far.”

“Dr. Antoine Albert and Shandolyn Story, are amazing doctors, very helpful and kind. But to get to these amazing doctors you have to go through these horrible staff of nurses. The nurses are not helpful, cold demeanor. They hang up on you when you call, (one time an accident, two or three on purpose) never send your prescriptions or get it wrong when they go. Talk rudely to patients and dismissed any concerns we have. They are the first face we see when we come in. And their actions are not reflecting good on these two incredible doctors.”
