“I booked a massage and a hair wash and style for my birthday as a bit of pampering. It was amazing! I've never had a massage before and wendy did a great job. I had been experiencing some numbness in my left arm which is something I've been seeing my chiropractor for due to pressure knots and pinch the nerve in my arm. She found the knots and worked them out and no numbness since my massage. Lacey washed, dryed and curled my hair for a family dinner later that night. I got so many compliments on it! “I was confused when navigation brought me to Tom Thumb when I needed to get to Quest Diagnostics. Shortly after pulling up, I realized that the Quest Diagnostics was located inside the Tom Thumb. Coming here was probably the most pleasant experience I've ever had getting lab work done. I made an appointment the day before and I waited for about 5 minutes before I was called. Even if I hadn't made an appointment, I do not think it would have taken much longer to be seen. The location itself is clean, well-lit, and professional-looking. The staff is so warm and friendly. The woman that did my test just surprised me with her charm and kindness. I'm a little confused by reading the previous reviews, because this doesn't sound like the same spot. Maybe it was under different staff/management??”
