“Searching for the perfect place for an aging parent was painstakingly difficult. With the help of a senior care advisor, I found Grand Brook. This facility met all the requirements needed to care for my dad, as did others, on paper. It was when we made a visit, met the director and staff, toured the building and chatted with residents, that we knew GB felt like home for my dad. Everyone employed there was friendly, caring and knowledgeable of what a memory care facility should contain. The residents were engaged with staff and each other, not parked forgotten in their rooms. Music played, people sang and conversed, some were exercising and some playing games. Each resident was always addressed by their name with a smile and hugs. Dad was well cared for physically and emotionally, when he had lost his appetite, the staff never stopped encouraging him to eat, even purchasing special foods he liked. When I was not visiting, the nurses and director kept me apprised of everything concerning Dad. Our family was always welcome to visit. We could not have found a better home for Dad! This review is because even when there was a typo in the prescription, they were kind and professional and took care of the situation. I’m not looking for groveling or “I’m sorry”’s which don’t help the situation, I look for how fast and prompt are they at fixing the issue. “My experience at Ideal Dental was amazing. I called and set my appointment with Chanita. She got my information over the phone to speed up the process. She was so nice. I was greeted as soon as i walked in by her and the staff. Everyone seem to be having a great day. The dental assistant and was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. i would recommend Ideal Dental Garland to everyone. The dentist was so nice. Talking to him felt like i have been knowing him all my life. The staff all took it very serious that i understood the financials/benefits during my visit. I really liked that because i had an experience where when i was done being serviced by the dentist i was unaware of how much i was paying out of pocket. That's very important to me and thank Ideal Dental for that. The next day i got a call from the dentist checking up on me. I will be back to Ideal Dental Garland.”

“My daughter has been attending ASI for nearly 2 years. The location, coaches and facility is great. The price is okay (could be pricey if you have other children in other activities.) What I dislike about ASI (particularly this location) is the lack of communication. The meets are disorganized and overcrowded. I wish there were more of a parent involvement from ASI so we could fully understand about the value of our tuition and time. Those whose children whom are seriously taking this sport to the next level need a full understanding on what ASI offers. Lastly, there is a rude front desk overweight woman who is clearly miserable.”

“I am new to the area and found that this office was not only near me, but the reviews were good. I have a fear of going to the dentist, but Dr Tran did his best to calm my nerves as did the hygienists and assistants. Especially as I needed fillings and a deep cleaning. I highly recommend this practice. My experience was excellent from the time I walked in. The wait time was also very short. Thankful to have found an office who addresses my fears and brings a calmness to my experience.”
