I was in a studio for the first two years and when I wanted to upgrade, Quentin found another apartment that met all of my requests and the rent was quite reasonable, especially for the area. Quentin is awesome - I've never had a leasing agent so personable and helpful. I really appreciate knowing that I can rely on him to help me out whenever I have questions. Maintenance is great - they take care of maintenance requests on the next business day every single time. I understand others' concerns about parking, but I really think that's a product of the location. I pay for a covered parking spot so I've never had an issue.”

I called around and others were unreasonably expensive($130 -$200) and had long wait times (1-3 hours) which I didn't have time for. He also had screen protectors if you need that as well. Definitely him out if you need your phone fixed. Thanks!”
