He knew the ins and outs of each brand and individual mattress and also knew what to recommend us based off of our sleeping style. It's been 5 years since we purchased a new mattress and it was long over due. Lance took complete care of us and we walked out with an amazing bed and two way adjustable bed frame (his explanation of the two way adjustable bed frame changed how we thought of back pain and convinced us to buy one). This is the second time we've purchased a bed from Mattress Firm and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you Lance for an amazing experience and the best bed/frame we've ever owned!!”
