“I got to the store around 4:15pm. They had many vehicles being worked on and still they were willing to take a look at my car . Most places look at the clock and turn away customers. A lady came in behind me said she believed there to be a nail in one of her tires. The mechanic ( not the one working on my car ) came back saying there was no nail ,her tire pressures were just low. James one of the managers asked him to lift the car and double check the tires again to be sure. I was impressed with the accountability and integrity James showed. It was past 5pm I could tell the mechanic was ready to go, but for James to insist in double checking the tires showed exceptional customer service and great integrity. They didn’t have to do that at all. He also took the time to explain what was going on with my car regarding the headlight and wheel alignment.”

“I ordered a leather sofa and loveseat from Snodgrass in 2000. I picked the style, the color, and the leather from a model on the showroom floor. I can honestly say those 2 pieces have been moved ALOT over the last 20 years and they are STILL in GREAT SHAPE! They are still comfortable, the leather has held up great, color still great, even with 2 cats they have held up pretty perfect. The leather I find out there now cannot compete with these! Obviously, since they are 20 years old I can honestly say I got them far a great price back then especially when these had to be special ordered to be made. I've bought other pieces to go with the and other room furniture and NOTHING has made it or held up as well as my Snodgrass furniture!! Keep up the great work, satisfying your customers, old and new, with quality products and great customer service! I wont buy anything else from anywhere else from now on. I learned my lesson!”
