“I have gone to this location religiously for my daily coffee and smokes on my way to work. 2 months ago I had an accident and broke 4 bones in my ankle/leg and was therefore stuck at home. I've improved enough to drive to/from work, but still need help getting in/out of my truck and into any establishment. Yesterday I left work and desperately needed something from the corner store but knew I couldn't handle it alone. I decided to try something and I decided the best place to try was my old faithful...this RaceTrac location. I pulled up to the front of the store and parked in a handicap spot. I called the store and Crush, the manager, answered. I explained my situation and asked if she'd be willing to take my order (so to speak), come out to my truck to get my card, take it back in and run it, then bring me my items and card back. Without any hesitation she agreed...in the pouring rain.This is not just customer service at its finest...this is the very definition of "above and beyond". “So excited to finally find a glass company that was not only polite, but also went above and beyond every other company we called. They understood exactly what I was asking for without a ton of explaining. They sent someone out to measure the next day who took his time to understand exactly what we wanted. He measured several times and traced the rounded edge to make sure it was cut right. Their pricing came back very quickly, was very reasonable and they honored their quote!
