When you first enter the salon on the lower level, you are most definitely underwhelmed by the entrance, ambiance, everything! It's as if the placement of the salon was an afterthought. The front staff doesn't greet you with any beverage offerings while you wait for your appointment at all. If you attempt to compare reviews to their social media, good luck, they hardly ever update that and when they do, it's another underwhelming experience. My rating is based solely on my stylist, Arthur, who does incredible work with my hair - restoring the length, health and beauty of my natural hair. I go for the quality work that my stylist has.”

“This is a Locally owned travel service. Have been using Loyal travels for more than 10 yrs now. I know the owner Mr Joji and he is never rude as portrayed in few comments. Rates are competitive and better that direct bookings. Their agents have been more than accommodating even in a certain situation when I had to make 3 cancellations during a trip to India. This agency could be better or worse than any other travel company. But my experience with them has always been good and I will keep using them!!”
