Prior to booking an appointment I read the reviews and decided to take a chance; Conveniently down the street from my house, great reviews, warm welcome over the phone while booking an appointment, not to mention I was almost going to book with Mint Dentistry but something told me to give Royal Family a try. I am so glad I did the staff was friendly and welcoming! And the Dr. and her assistant helped ease my mind I was so nervous! Not only did they make the process soothing but I was able to get all my dental work done in one appointment and the price was very reasonable! “The Kensington Square Apartments are a decent and affordable place to live. When I first visit, I fell in love with their model apartment and took some info with me. The next day, a leasing agent called me to let me know they just received notice the price had gone down for leasing on the unit I was interested in, so I jumped on it! Pros include a nice light brown color of paint on the walls, a beautiful mirrored wall, and a full size laundry room! I had a two bedroom, two bath. The walk-in closet was very nice and having a full size laundry room was something I couldn't find anywhere else! In my year of staying there, I did have a few maintenance problems, but most of the time the maintenance men were quick to help me. One time I had an issue with my washer dryer and he gave me advice on how to fix it even though it was my personal one, not owned by the complex. The complex has two sides, Phase I & II. I lived in the one that was across the street from the leasing office. The one by the leasing office has a nicer pool, but both are nice. All neighbors are pretty friendly and quiet! If I could change one thing, I would put a light/fan in the living room! There is not one, so at night you'll need a lamp!”

“Love this place I just graduated from there today. When I started I came with a c5 spinal cord injury with no hopes or information to go off of. Let's just say I am now standing and doing car transfers all on my own. This place is very clean an the staff are super nice Jessica and Paula are by far my favorite nurse's of all times. We can't forget the director Dani-Bree when I say she embrace me with such love and care I almost cried today I had to fight the tears back. This place was great for me and I was out patient, inpatient was even better. We did out in the community outing and cooking classes it was amazing. They have counselor, in-house chef, and a specialist in sound treatment which was a first but was amazing. I have so much stuff I want to say but we would be here all day what are you waiting for go check this place out ASAP.”
