Such a great experience! The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, eager to answer questions, and make check-in very easy. Dr. Cortez is energetic, thorough, empathetic, and knowledgable. Rather than a doctor telling me what to do, it was a conversation and decisions were made together. She answered all my questions, accepted my input, and it felt like a collaboration. Altogether the experience was as painless as a doctor visit can be. Also, the new office is beautiful! I have no hesitation to return or to recommend this office to anyone.
