Thank you ladies! I some how missed out on a sale! $12.95/ 3-wick candles.... Smh....Super bummed! Judy informed me about customer service to findout what happened with my emails & Ms. Naomi was very patient plus understanding. Customer service skills to a T & even told me about the wall plug-ins on sale too! Let's just say you guys keep sending me deals &coupons they WILL be used! -

The employees were awesome. The line was handled great waiting to get in and at checkout. Bath & Body Works usually has customer service on point anyways but this was a good experience 🙂
