“Revised Review after recent visit to dealership. Recently visited the dealership for some weird error codes on my chieftain, had no choice but to visit BigTex Indian. Happy to discover management and crew has been replaced with efficient, polite and skilled people. They looked at the issue immediately, and diagnosed in no time. Taught some tricks, and very well handled. I will visit them again now that there are new people. OLD REVIEW: This dealer is a fraud. For my Chieftain, I had a warranty claim for a manufacturing defect, after a week, they told me that warranty claim was rejected by Polaris. When I asked for claim paperwork, they could not produce any. The people got very angry when I asked for paperwork. Carl at dealership told me that my claim was bogus, and called me a liar for asking them to file such claims (which they assured me that they filed). The dealership did not file any claim. This dealership has a practice of arbitrating claims on their own without talking to Polaris. When I pointed that out, and told them I have to report it to Polaris. The arrogant general manager Bill Cornett threatened to not service if I reported to Polaris.”

“I give this gas station four stars because it’s very clean, not too busy, and I have almost always had great service. Today was the first day I left, feeling really disappointed by one employee in the store. I asked her to get two car washes with my car wash card I received when buying a vehicle from Luther. She question me when I ask her for two car wash’s stating in a very unpolite way “they are only good for 30 days.” I stated back “I am aware thanks.” She did not greet me or say anything before I left. I have noticed at the store employees will typically think their customers or “say have a nice day.” I would avoid Meleah if you can when checking out because she will likely ruin your day.”

“I’ve used this pharmacy and love all of the staffs and pharmacist here. They remember me as the customer and their work are quick to prepare my prescription. Call in for a refill and they text back when it’s ready for pick up. Love love this pharmacy. Very highly recommend. My husband used to go to the Kroger pharmacy on Teasley. The staffs always gave him a hard times. He’s now transferred to this Walmart pharmacy. Love how kind and caring the staffs are. ❤️❤️❤️”

“First timer - and was not disappointed! This place is absolutely beautiful and the owner of Java rocket is honestly so great and the nicest man ever! He’s came a long way and his coffee was the bomb. I had the iced Praline Dream from the specialty lattes menu and it was so good. Really good quality coffee. I think I might just have to become a regular at Java Rocket. I will be back! Oh and even better - dogs are allowed inside!”

It was the tone in her voice and the look I got both times as she responded to me. I saw what I saw and heard what I heard. I was a very common customer and EVERYONE has been respectful until this time. I lost my step father to a train wreck just 2 years ago and have a little sibling who’s been missing. Employees should consider what customers might be going through, and I should have thought the same way about the employee. Deep down I overreacted, but I’m not going to move on like I’m the only one who messed up. This is a great pet store and I regret what happened. I didn’t plan on coming back anyways to be honest.”

I'm glad I did, because they are very warm and friendly and do thorough cleanings. Tori was my dental hygienist and she was wonderful.
