His evaluation led to training which over time led to nutrition, and really, a solid wholistic approach! Cannot say enough about the price point, quality, results, and structure his program gave me for 3+ years. Upon moving to Austin, I was promptly faced with double the price point for comparable services/routine - miss me some Elite Fitness, and Tobi Fisk - they ROCK!! (I'm 47, pretty fit, super active and avid mountain biker)
