F45 Training Flower Mound

Love this place. Awesome coaches and fellow workout partners, very motivating! Have been working out here since August 2022 and this is the most consistent I have ever been to a gym.

I have been going to F45 Flo-Mo since August 2022, consistently. It is very motivating community, members as well as couches. I have never been so consistent to any other gym in the past. F45 is well structured workout program for everyone, and I absolutely love it. It helps with my fitness, confidence, physical and mental health in positive ways.

I have been going to F45 Flower Mound for a few weeks now and my experience so far has been fantastic!

The coaches Brooke and Cherilyn are super helpful, knowledgeable, and motivating! The facility is always very clean, and the equipment appears new and well kept.

The workouts themselves are fun, challenging, and time efficient. Each exercise can be scaled to your individual fitness level. The team atmosphere and music make for an awesome time!

I’ve been working out for years but this is a whole new level of intensity and challenge. I’m so happy I decided to make the switch to F45! The trainers are amazing and so welcoming. These are the workouts I need in my life to feel good and get a sweat going! I highly recommend F45!!

Love F45 Flower Mound! The workouts are amazing- just 45 min of intense training that will push you to your limits. The workouts are never the same and will keep your body guessing what’s coming next. I’ve seen changes in just a few weeks- I feel stronger and more fit! The trainers are very knowledgeable and super nice as well! I also recently went to the Friday night stretch class and really enjoyed that too! Highly recommend!
